🔑 Key Fob & Pool Access

Pool entry is managed by an electronic key fob system to ensure the facility remains private for Sample Creek residents and their guests.

  • New Residents: Each lot is entitled to one free electronic key fob upon account verification.

  • Replacement Fobs: Lost or damaged fobs can be replaced for a $25 fee.

  • Account Status: Access is tied to active POA accounts. Annual dues must be paid in full for fobs to remain active.

🌴 Pavilion Rentals & Private Parties

Planning a birthday party or family gathering? Residents can reserve the shaded Pool Pavilion for private events.

  • Rental Fee: $75 (3-hour block) + $100 refundable cleaning deposit.

  • Capacity: Up to 35 guests max.

  • Availability: Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM).

  • Party Policy: Pavilion reservations grant exclusive use of the shaded picnic tables, but the pool remains open to all community members during regular hours.

🛡️ Community Pool Rules & Safety

We want the Sample Creek Pool to be a safe, clean, and enjoyable haven for everyone. Please review these essential guidelines before visiting:

General Safety

  • No Lifeguard on Duty: All swimming is at your own risk.

  • Youth Supervision: Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

  • Swim Diapers Required: Children who are not potty-trained must wear approved swim diapers underneath their swimsuits.

Deck & Pool Etiquette

  • NO GLASS CONTAINERS: Glass bottles and glassware are strictly prohibited inside the pool gates for safety reasons. Plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel containers only.

  • Guest Policy: Up to 4 guests per household at any one time. Residents must accompany their guests at all times.

  • Food & Drinks: Enjoy snacks at the pavilion tables or lounge chairs. Food and sugary drinks are not permitted in the water.

  • Weather Policy: In the event of thunder or lightning, all swimmers must exit the water immediately and remain on the covered deck until 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, responsible adult beverage consumption (21+) is permitted at the pavilion and lounge areas. No glass containers of any kind are allowed.

  • First, check that your annual dues are up to date in the resident portal. If your account is current and your fob still fails to scan, contact grounds@samplecreekdemo.com for a quick reset.

  • Small personal floatation devices, kickboards, and pool noodles are welcome! Large multi-person rafts or oversized inflatable loungers are prohibited during peak weekend hours to keep space open for everyone.
