From managing neighborhood governance to organizing seasonal socials, our team is dedicated to serving every resident and supporting a vibrant community.
Justin Case
As Board President, Justin oversees day-to-day community operations, contractor management, and long-term planning for Sample Creek Estates. Having lived in the neighborhood for seven years, he leads monthly board meetings and serves as our primary liaison for municipal matters. His top priority is proactive preparation—making sure the community is always ready for whatever comes its way. Justin holds open office hours before each monthly meeting and welcomes resident feedback.

Anna Standby
Anna serves as Vice-President, stepping in to direct board operations whenever the President is away and driving key infrastructure projects. She heads the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), helping homeowners navigate renovation guidelines and project approvals effortlessly. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Anna works closely with committee leads to keep neighborhood initiatives on track. She brings over a decade of professional management experience to her role on the board.

Mark keeps Sample Creek organized as Board Secretary, maintaining all official records, meeting minutes, and neighborhood policies. He manages our digital resident portal, sends out official email notices, and ensures resident inquiries receive prompt responses. If you’ve read a community newsletter or submitted an online form, Mark was the person behind the screen. His meticulous attention to detail keeps our documentation clear, transparent, and easily accessible.
Social ChairMarty Graw
Marty brings energy and community spirit to Sample Creek Estates as our dedicated Social Chair. He leads the Social Committee in planning neighborhood block parties, seasonal holiday contests, food truck nights, and pool socials. Marty's mission is to turn a street of houses into a close-knit community by creating fun, inclusive events for neighbors of all ages. When he isn't organizing the next big celebration, you can usually find him grilling out at the pool pavilion.
